- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law.
- Visa and Master Card are accepted. Currency for transaction is AED (UAE Dirham)
- We do not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Privacy Policy (PP)
- All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties
- Merchant will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties
- Merchant takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, yingflowertrading.com cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online
- The merchant is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
- The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Delivery Policy – Products
We have our own team which manages the sales and delivery. We have our own vehicles assigned to our staff. We will be delivery the products ourselves. In case of exception customer will be informed before hand.
We keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer. We request our customers to sign and return the delivery receipt to our delivery staff.
- We ship to the customers using our own vehicles, by our own staff.
- Free delivery with in Dubai for an order of AED 200/- or more.
- For orders less than AED 200 a delivery fee of AED 50/- is charged within Dubai.
- For other emirates except Dubai, a delivery fee of AED 100 is charged on all orders.
- Delivery time with in 24 hours in UAE. We do not deliver internationally.
- Delivery fee invoice is presented separately with order.
Payment Confirmation – Services
Customer gets an order number after placing the order and also gets an email confirmation.
Refund Policy
Please note that fresh flowers have very short life. You can buy and use them in couple of days. after few days there is literally nothing left of the flower. We provide refund only in the following cases.
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
We urge our customers to check the product on receipt and get their concerns addressed on receipt of the product because product is delivery by our own trained staff and not any courier company.
Cancellation Policy
- In case of placing wrong order please contact us on our numbers with in one hour of placing the order.
- There will be 25% deduction from the payment amount as the cancellation fee.
- Order cannot be returned or refunded after receipt by the customer.
